Delivery

Once payment has been received, all orders will be processed with 2-3 working days. 

We offer a flat-rate courier option within South Africa at a R100 delivery fee. Once your order has been processed you will be able to track your parcel using the waybill number via the courier link:

Main centres in South Africa will receive their parcel within 1-2 business days after dispatch, whilst outlying areas may take up to 4 business days. 

‘Tonian Closet cannot be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you do not receive your order or it arrives in bad condition please file a claim directly with the courier. Please ensure you save any damaged goods and packaging for your claim. 

Please ensure you provide the correct postal address and contact number for your delivery. If a package is returned to ‘Tonian Closet when not signed for by customers, the customer will be responsible for arranging and paying for additional courier fees.

If you reside in a country other than South Africa, please contact us at hello@toniancloset.co.za before placing your order so that we can try to accommodate your shipping needs.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

Returns

You have 7 working days to return an item from the date that you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Your item needs to be unused and unwashed, in a re-sellable condition with all tags attached and original packaging present.

Please do not send back an item without first sending us an email at hello@toniancloset.co.za- please include details about the item, reason for return and proof of payment.

Refunds

If we find an item to be faulty in its manufacture, or due to negligence on our part, we will provide a refund through the initial method of payment. We will inform you of your refund status, however, when the money reflects in your account in dependent on your bank’s policies. 

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or design, please email us at hello@toniancloset.co.za to see if we can accomodate you due to limitations in stock. Should you wish to make an exchange, you will be responsible for any shipping costs that apply.

If the item that has been returned is faulty, due to negligence on our behalf, you will not be responsible for shipping costs.
